What are your shipping times and what methods do you use?

Orders within the USA

Most orders within the states use expedited shipping by default - USPS First Class, USPS Priority Mail, or DHL expedited. Shipment times for these carriers can range from 2-5 business days depending on the end destination.

Larger orders that generally include 5+ items are not eligible for expedited shipping. Those orders will use DHL economy ground.

Orders outside the USA

All orders outside the USA use DHL international. Shipping times vary from 2 to 6 weeks to arrive depending on the end destination. Most shipments to Canada or the UK take 2-3 weeks though.

In addition, if your order is personalized and/or needs adjustment, it may take a few days for our designer to create a complete art file. Design time will depend on adjustment (more or less, easy or difficult) can be from 1-3 days or more.

We know that you want the lowest prices possible so we do not pad our product prices with hidden shipping expenses. We never mark up shipping costs and our rates to you are often below our actual shipping cost. This results in lower total costs for you.

Most packages arrive on time. Orders sometimes show up after the estimated delivery date, possible reasons for late delivery include the following:

  • Incorrect address
  • Missing apartment, building, floor, or unit number
  • Severe weather conditions
  • International customs procedures

How long does it take to receive a tracking number?

It will take about 2-3 business days after production is finished to receive a tracking number on average. However, orders will be delayed if a blank is out of stock, a reprint is necessary, or the order contains 5 or more items.

PLEASE NOTE:

  1. The above timeframe is only applied for orders to the US with standard shipping method (“days” here is “business days”)
  2. The majority of our orders are processed and shipped within the timeframe we offer above. However, the time period above is only approximate and can differ in individual cases. Some items/orders may require a longer ship-out and/or delivery timeframe.
  3. Due to unforeseeable delivery bottlenecks with our suppliers as well as delivery companies, deliveries may be delayed a little bit. We apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause to you.
  4. Holiday shipping: Due to certain US and International Holidays, especially in peak seasons, orders may take longer to ship out.. We’re so sorry for this inconvenience and hope that you can understand for us.
  5. International orders: It may take additional days if orders have to go through customs. We have no influence on the customs process and apologize for any inconvenience due to delivery delays resulting from this.

How to Check/Track order status?

  • If your order has been shipped out, a Tracking Number will be sent to you via email.
  • Cerigifts Customer Service at: support@cerigifts.com if you have any doubts referring to your orders.

I never received my package, what should I do?

Many times your package will be sitting at the local post office due or there was a missed delivery attempt.

For U.S. orders, if a package has not been successfully delivered and it has been more than 20 days since the order was placed and tracking data is showing, you can request a refund or make a request to have the order be re-sent. If it has been less than 20 days and tracking data is showing, please patiently wait until the package has a chance to arrive.

For international orders, if a package has not been successfully delivered and it has been more than 30 days and tracking data is showing we will replace or refund these orders.

How much is shipping?

Once you’ve clicked through to Secure Checkout, you can enter your delivery address and continue to shipping method.
Shipping costs are then calculated and tacked on to your subtotal at the bottom of the page.

International buyers – What about customs? Will I be charged for duties or customs when my package arrives in my country?
Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges vary from one country to another and are the buyer’s responsibility.

Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be.

Our facilities use either Kornit Avalanche, Storm HD6, or Atlas printers.
